Service Description
For ages 6 -14 this class will take the children from beginner to the next level, working towards being a champion not just in the ring but in life. This class is designed to keep their young minds active, focusing on fitness, strength and general wellbeing. The children will learn self discipline and social skills as we teach them an ancient art of 8limbs; providing them with knowledge and morals to look after themselves as they grow up. There will be two instructors/coaches running this session. Please can we ask the children to have their own gloves and shin pads we do have spares to start but they will need there own eventually.
