Paul is an active, dedicated fighter, teaching and coaching all levels from complete beginners to other martial artists wanting to explore Muay Thai. Paul is a specialist in this field, having trained, taught and competed in the art of eight limbs for over 25 years. Take you skills and knowledge of muaythai or k1style to the next level or just get fit and learn something new.
